Pistachio Milk

A plant-based milk with a unique and refined taste, perfect for coffee, desserts, or to enjoy on its own. Pistachio offers a natural creaminess and an incomparable aroma.

Ingredients

  • 100g shelled pistachios (unsalted)
  • 800ml water
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla (optional)

Instructions

    Soak: Soak the pistachios for 4 hours or overnight.

    Drain: Drain and rinse the pistachios.

    Quivor: Add the pistachios and water to the jug.

    Mode: Select Mode 2 (Soy Milk). Start.

    Season: Add the syrup, salt, and vanilla. Blend.

    Strain: Strain through a fine sieve if desired.

    Store: In the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Shake before use.
