
Quinoa Milk
A plant-based milk rich in complete proteins and naturally gluten-free.
Ingredients
- 80g white quinoa
- 800ml water
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
Instructions

1Rinse: Rinse the quinoa under running water.

2Quivor: Add the quinoa and water to the jug.

3Mode 2: Start the Soy Milk cycle.

4Flavors: Add the syrup, salt, and cinnamon.

5Strain: Strain and store for 4-5 days in the refrigerator.
