
Mexican Horchata
A traditional Mexican drink made with rice, cinnamon, and vanilla. Refreshing and naturally sweet.
Ingredients
- 150g white rice
- 800ml water
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 3 tablespoons of cane sugar
- Ice cubes
Instructions

1Soak: Soak the rice with the cinnamon for 4 hours.

2Quivor: Add the drained rice and fresh water to the jug.

3Mode 2: Start the Soy Milk cycle.

4Strain: Strain through a fine sieve.

5Flavor: Add the sugar and vanilla. Serve over ice cubes.
