Ingredients

  • 500g cauliflower
  • 1 medium potato
  • 600ml vegetable broth
  • 100ml coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon of curry powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

    Prep: Cut the cauliflower into florets and dice the potato.
