Ingredients
- 500g cauliflower
- 1 medium potato
- 600ml vegetable broth
- 100ml coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon of curry powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

1Prep: Cut the cauliflower into florets and dice the potato.

2Quivor: Add the cauliflower, potato, and broth to the jug.
